Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events happen! If for some reason, you cannot make it to your appointment and need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Any cancellations the day before your scheduled service will be charged 50%of the service you were scheduled for. Cancellations the day of your service will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. Day of cancellations that reschedule for another day will be charged 50% of the service they cancelled and will still be responsible for 100% of the cost at their rescheduled visit.
